MY PHILOSOPHY IN LIFE

My philosophy in life is very simple..

1. What you give your get back
- When we do something for God, employers, friends, family and others..do it with honest and the best. I always believe in giving principle because it will comeback to us but depends on what we have contributed..
2. Low profile but be smart
- When we are appeared in public, we must remember the surrounding that some of them even smarter in taking advantage.
3. Never try buying respect with Money
- If you use to be some body, money cannot buy respect!
4. Always Say Thanks
- Always say thanks in anythings especially what we have right now and not to abuse it.

STRATEGIC

A short strategic plan can provide a very useful foundation on which to base a much more detailed and comprehensive business plan. If you don't have a sensible strategic plan, how can you realistically write a sensible business plan? Use a short strategic plan as the foundation for a more comprehensive business plan.As the prelude to developing a strategic plan, it is desirable to clearly identify the current status, objectives and strategies of an existing business or the latest thinking in respect of a new venture.

Correctly defined, these can be used as the basis for a critical examination to probe existing or perceived strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. This then leads to strategy development covering the following issues which are discussed in more detail immediately below:

A. Vision
B. Mission
C. Objectives
D. Values
E. Strategies
F. Goals
G. Programs

Vision
The first step is to develop a realistic Vision for the business. This should be presented as a pen picture of the business in three or more years time in terms of its likely physical appearance, size, activities etc. Answer the question: "if someone from Mars visited the business, what would they see or sense?"

Mission
The nature of a business is often expressed in terms of its Mission which indicates the purposes of the business, for example, "to design, develop, manufacture and market specific product lines for sale on the basis of certain features to meet the identified needs of specified customer groups via certain distribution channels in particular geographic areas". A statement along these lines indicates what the business is about and is infinitely clearer than saying, for instance, "we're in electronics" or worse still, "we are in business to make money" (assuming that the business is not a mint !). Also, some people confuse mission statements with value statements (see below) - the former should be very hard-nosed while the latter can deal with 'softer' issues surrounding the business.

Objectives

The third key element is to explicitly state the business's Objectives in terms of the results it needs/wants to achieve in the medium/long term. Aside from presumably indicating a necessity to achieve regular profits (expressed as return on shareholders' funds), objectives should relate to the expectations and requirements of all the major stakeholders, including employees, and should reflect the underlying reasons for running the business.

Values
The next element is to address the Values governing the operation of the business and its conduct or relationships with society, customers, employees etc.

Strategies
The rules and guidelines by which the mission, objectives etc. may be achieved. They can cover the business as a whole including such matters as diversification, organic growth, or acquisition plans, or they can relate to primary matters in key functional areas, for example: The company's internal cash flow will fund all future growth. New products will progressively replace existing ones over the next 3 years, All assembly work will be contracted out to lower the company's break-even point.

Goals
These are specific interim or ultimate time-based measurements to be achieved by implementing strategies in pursuit of the company's objectives, for example, to achieve sales of MYR3 mill in three years time.

Programs
The final elements are the Programs which set out the implementation plans for the key strategies. It goes without saying that the mission, objectives, values, strategies and goals must be inter-linked and consistent with each other. This is much easier said than done because many businesses which are set up with the clear objective of making their owners wealthy often lack strategies, realistic goals or concise missions.

How to survive in the Real World?

When we start talking about challenging in the real world we are begin to find out something for survival. For family, own, member or even for a small, medium and large company every one are fight for it.

The Real World must be a truly depressing place to live. It’s apparently a realm where new ideas, unfamiliar approaches, and foreign concepts always lose. I’m told that the only thing that works in The Real World is what its inhabitants already know and already do. No matter how flawed or inefficient that way may be.

People who live there are said to be living Real Life. An existence filled with pessimism, despair, and every shade of pitch black imaginable. Yet strangely, these people living Real Lives seem not to be interested in getting out. They are not looking for a change of scenery of the dreary Real World.

Instead, they’re actually trying to recruit! In arguments everywhere, they’re trying to convince those of a sunnier demeanor that they must convert to Real Life or perish. That resisting the Real World is futile. This call persists even in the face of contrary experiences. Tales of people who actually did things differently and still lived to see the sun rise in the morning.

Please don’t be fooled, there’s nothing even remotely attractive about The Real World. It’s a bleak mirage suitable only as a place of communion for those who have lost all hope.

Do you believe in Second Change?

Have you ever woken up and wished that you could take back something you did or have a second chance to do it all over again? I believe in second chances. I believe that if you want to change you have the power to change. If you want to go back and relive a moment that you dream about you have the power to go relive that moment and make it happen again.

I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. Everyone, no matter who you are, makes mistakes in one point of their life that they wish they could take back but that is not possible. People should not be judged just because of one mistake in their life. There was a point in my life that I realized that I deserved a second chance and there were probably more people like me out there that deserved second chances too that I just blew off because of one mistake that they had made.

Second chances to me give a person a chance to relive and take back a time in their life that they were not happy for and just make it better. Second chances can make you a better person in life and depending on the circumstances everyone should get some kind of second chance and it will be so worth it in the end.

Penakut or Pengecut?

Dua perkataan yang berbeza namun ada persamaanya dalam pengertian tentang pilihan raya DUN penanti di Pulau Pinang.

Layakkah aku bercakap hal-hal negeri orang lain? Layakkah? I am not just comments other states for the sake of commenting! And, I might comment you as well, as you don't have the right to comment me if you think I don't have right to comment other states!

Think about it.

Malaysia is about to lost democracy!

Malaysia will lost its virgin democracy if the current rolling government denying people's rights. Referring to Perak and Sabah, it was a real harassment. Why can't returned the power to the voters to choose their preference MB?

BN vs PR or High Court vs Federal Court?

Feel so funny when the high court doesn't have same ideology of judging.

1. BN vs PR (Democracy)
2. Court vs Court (Judge)

The question, which one is right?

I took an example.. Kurup was declared "fault" in his Pensiangan Parliament seat where need to vacant and thereafter allow another election. Later he (Kurup) referred the decision to the federal high court seeking for another second opportunity. (Try his luck in the Federal High Court where always interfered by Prime Minister's office). Two months later Kurup was announced as still the rightful member of Pensiangan Parliament.. Funny right? The decision is too confusing to all people including my self.

Second, the Perak rightful MB should be Dato Nizar and not Dr. Zamry. Therefore, Zamry appeal and referred the decision to the federal court as aslo seeking for another opportunity like Kurup. In the same time, Zamry has filed another case to prevent Nizar to dicharge his official duty as a rightful MB until a decision comes from the federal high court. Agan, very funny where disclosed Power Crazy.

What is this all about? Might as well BN should accept the high court decision in a very honourable way. You see, Dato Nizar was not really bother of his position but rather leaved it to people of perak to decide who will be their chosen to be the next MB. I find that the approached taken by Dato Nizar should be the best way and allow democracy to resolve the problem and not to play game in the court. Why take so difficult to decide?

Think about it!!

Prime Minister for Rakyat..

PM for rakyat means really serve rakyat with opportunities. One Malaysia concept is really impressed but due to the lake of delivery system, all will be abandon.

Let people of Sabah/Sarawak lead their state to be the HOD for all federal government offices in SABAH/SARAWAK.

Perak Again?

Huh! I was impressed when the High Court declared that Nijar is still the MB of Perak. But still can be challenged via Federal Court. When the BN appealed and referred the decision of high court to the federal court you will see what will happen. Federal court decision will definitively different.  Might as well leave it to the people of Perak to decide.

1Malaysian, People First, Performance Now..

What do you think? I am not critic what PM Najib said about but most leaders even trying to achieve their goal. This is made me remember the 1st to 5th PM who made a goal and philosophy toward their leadership for the country. They are all different!

1st PM, Tengku Abdul Rahman – “Father of Liberty”

2nd PM, Tun Abdul Rajak – “Father of ????? ”

3rd PM, Tun Hussen Onn – “Father of Peace”

4th PM, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad – “Father of Development”

5th PM, Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi – “Father of ?????”

6th PM, Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Rajak – “One Malaysian, People First, Performance Now”

What happen to the ex-PM when new PM led the country in different direction? Will he forget the ex-PM’s plan to accomplish? Anyway, all leaders have different way to lead an organisation or even a country.

What was good promised by Najib is he will look for a formula to accomplish the both vision Tun Mahathir and Tun Badawi. It is a matter of formula! But would it be forever without doing changing, creation, implementation and plan for his leadership? All leaders will say what ever thing in their leadership to promise people but eventually the judgment will be on how ‘good’ you are!

However, we must remember what type of leader we want to see. There are many type of leader in this country either the person is just a copyright or really a policy maker person. I take this example, "1Malaysia".. Sabah has used this approach 5 years ago "1Borneo". In Selangor, "1Utama" where else? Malaysia Airlines "OneMH" or “1MH".

So, who did the earlier action? Think about it…
