ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES IN SABAH

When I read a local news paper recently, I was so socked about the illegal issue in Sabah that even worse than before then I started thinking our public security. Where are they?

1. Illegal My-Card Producer in Tawau.

Tawau is the district center of illegal MyKad producer! The police force should vouch them time to time and not only when there is a sign. No wonder why, one of the guy (PTI) told his friend in Segama near Plaza Shopping Complex that "you can easily get IC if you wanted to have it in Tawau but you have to pay RM3,000 to RM10,000".

That time I was standing behind them while waiting for my friend. The guys slang just like Filipino. "This must be JPN Tawau".

2. Reflexology Center operated in Penampang.

What happen to Penampang area? There were so many activities without authority's approval or just run the business behind the scenes since no license to operate. BUT, if this was the center for authority to comes all the time then off course the business is safe.

If such activities still operated illegally, next time Sabah will be turned into foreigner's center of refsexolofy by all mean.

MB OF PERAK

Today, Feb 09 10 The rightful of Perak MB is Zamry..

The reason are:-

A. Nizar lost his majority in DUN. Since the two of PKR assemblyman and 1 DAP leaved the party.
B. Nizar should not use federal court to challenge this case.
C. Sultan has the right and capacity to appoint new MB based on majority.

Malaysia will lost its Democracy Virgin! I believe very hard for the people of Perak to accept the decision as this totally out of democracy process to chose or elect who will be their MB. However, the court is only do his JOB and we must respect the decision.

What I worry is the quality of Malaysian law institution whereby easily be disturbed by outsiders. The court decision easily to be challenged if a room for challenging is there! Why the court didn't have a firm decision lead to it finally be challenged? To me, if a decision was based on fact and true colour, I believed its firm!! but if the decision was based on influence (I am not judging) I think it will be subject for a further review!

INTERNAL SECURITY ACT (ISA) DRAFT

The new ISA draft was a prove that the previous government abused the used of ISA. If people still blind on this then different story. I think a good leader need to work harder to explain this to the people.

Now the current government is trying to rectify the errors made which was one of the effort approached by Najib's administration to maintain his power.

If the draft is materialised or in place..We will see who else admitted to ISA without going through a proper law process.
